No — AlfaDecode does not integrate directly with delivery aggregators. Your team enters delivery orders into the one order screen, so every channel and every brand ends up in the same books, reports and food-cost view. It stays neutral to whichever apps you list on.
Does it work offline?
Yes. AlfaDecode is offline-first, so billing, KOTs and the kitchen display keep running with no internet at all. When your connection comes back, everything syncs automatically — you never stop taking orders because the Wi-Fi dropped.
Does it handle GST, VAT and sales tax?
Yes. Every receipt is generated tax-ready in your local currency, and the platform keeps GST, VAT and sales-tax reports ready for filing. It is GST/VAT-ready and e-invoice ready, so month-end and returns are far less painful.
