Does it work without internet?
Yes. AlfaDecode is offline-first — billing, kitchen tickets and receipts keep working through an internet drop, and everything syncs automatically once you're back online.
Does it handle GST, VAT and sales tax?
Yes. Receipts apply the correct rate for your region — GST, VAT or local sales tax — and the reports are ready when you file. It's e-invoice ready where that applies.
Can I run it in the cloud or on my own premises?
Either. Run AlfaDecode in the cloud, or keep your data on-premise on your own machine. You choose what suits your outlet and your internet connection.
Does it integrate with Swiggy, Zomato, Talabat or Deliveroo?
No — AlfaDecode isn't a delivery-aggregator integration. You can enter delivery and takeaway orders manually so they're billed and tracked alongside your counter sales, but it doesn't pull orders from third-party apps.
