Both work. You can run AlfaDecode in the cloud or keep it entirely on your own premises if you prefer your data to stay in-store. The choice is yours and can change as the business grows.
Can it handle clothing sizes and colours?
Yes. Each style is one item with sizes and colours as variants underneath, so a 3–6 month blue onesie and a 6–9 month pink one are tracked, priced and counted separately without cluttering your catalogue.
Can I track expiry on formula and baby food?
Yes. Perishables like formula, baby food, wipes and ointments are logged in batches with expiry dates, and the system sells oldest-first (FEFO) and warns you before stock reaches its use-by date.
