Does it work offline?
Yes. AlfaDecode is offline-first, so you can register guests, collect rent and raise invoices even when the internet is down. Everything syncs automatically once you're back online.
Can it handle GST, VAT or sales tax?
Yes. Every rent collection and invoice is tax-ready — it applies GST, VAT or your local sales tax and produces reports you can hand straight to your accountant, all in your local currency.
Can I run it in the cloud or keep data on my own premises?
Both. You can run AlfaDecode in the cloud, or keep it entirely on your own premises if you'd rather your data stayed in-house.
Does it collect payments from tenants online or sync with listing sites?
No. AlfaDecode manages your leases, rent cycles and billing in-house. It doesn't provide an online tenant-payment portal or sync with listing sites and OTAs — you record payments as you receive them and the books stay accurate.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Choose the serviced-apartments preset and your units, lease fields, rent cycles and tax settings are configured for you. Adjust anything you like and start billing the same day.
Can I manage several properties from one account?
