Can tenants pay their rent online through the system?
AlfaDecode isn't an online tenant-payment portal — tenants don't log in to pay. It tracks every rent cycle, records the payment however it arrives, keeps arrears and receipts straight, and nudges tenants with WhatsApp reminders when rent is due.
Does it work for both long warehouse leases and small self-storage units?
